Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to Company Directors.

To drive Xexec’s outbound generation of qualified meetings with prospective B2B clients for Xexec’s industry-leading Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes and Employee Discount Portals.

Xexec is looking for an experienced and talented individual to take charge of and oversee our motivated and active Sales team.

Our team takes a consultative approach and aims to help organisations better engage with the talent they’ve hired. It will be your role to build relationships with HR leaders in companies across the UK with a view to discover their key challenges and requirements in the areas of benefits, reward and recognition.


You will be the driving force in motivating and overseeing our robust team, ensuring they are initiating fruitful contact with our potential clients. Your goal is to successfully create – and ensure our team is creating – as many genuine sales opportunities as possible to meet the delivery of our targets.

You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified meetings and meet regularly with our directors to provide accurate monthly reporting and activity information.

You will have stellar communication skills, be fantastic on the phone, be able to quickly build friendly relationships, be self-motivated, creative, have strong attention to detail, love managing people and have data management skills. Last but not least you will have a positive can-do attitude and be hard-working and dedicated to your role. We value talented individuals who are honest, work with integrity and are great at communicating and building relationships.

And don’t worry - we don’t expect you to have an existing knowledge base of employee benefits, reward and recognition. We’ll provide you with ample training to be able to have helpful and fruitful conversations with leading organisations across the UK.

We expect you’ll have a considerable track record – 1-3 years minimum – of building and developing client relations and at least 1 year of mentoring and developing a sales team.
