The Job:

The primary responsibility of the Unit General Manger is to manage the performance of the flagship Electronic Theatre unit. This will involve leading the staff to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, whilst meeting challenging profitability targets. You will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, joining the Founders and Executives in building a fun, engaged and effective workforce in a dynamic environment.

The Experience:

● Led an attraction / experience or retail store with proven delivery of profitability and customer satisfaction

● Management experience & hungry to use this to build a team

● Ability to make changes quickly & constantly improve on the status quo
