This job spec details the Learning Experience Designer role at Decoded in London. It’s been put together both for existing Decoded team members and for those people thinking about joining Decoded.

TEAM & REPORTING STRUCTURE

In the London office, the Learning Experience Design function sits within the Product Team, alongside Content and Teaching. Learning Experience Designers report into the LXD Director who oversees the LXD Team.

DAY-TO-DAY

A Learning Experience Designer’s day will be a mix of learner interviews and observation, analysing data across the entire learner experience, and prioritising and implementing crucial improvements to our products.

It will involve occasional travel to clients, both in the UK and internationally (Decoded’s London office is the hub for clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

In service of understanding our products, you may choose to teach workshops (where your skills permit).

The typical Decoded working week is 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. When we talk about working late, we mean working until 18:30 – it’s important to us that your evenings and weekends are always yours.

LEARNING & PROGRESSION
